When it comes to short hair, Carey is our hairstyle idol.
Sleek bob, shaggy crop, pixie cut, quiff and a feathered fringe, Carey shows how versatile short hair can be.

The Quiff

Whether it is worn glam or grunge, the androgynous quiff is red hot for Autumn/ Winter 11. This retro classic creates a relaxed rock vibe that's perfect for keeping hair off the face.

  • This won't work on clean hair so add a little texture by drying in Bumble & bumble Surf spray.
  • Start backcombing the top section of hair from the back to the front . The trick is to do it from behind so you have a smooth finish at the front.
  • Twist a little and pin loosely at the crown. Then sweep the rest of the hair into a ponytail.
  • Tease it upwards for a messy relaxed feel and finish with a liberal Spray of Bb. Does it All.

Transform your look with a hint of androgynous glamour- mixing up masculine and feminine with super smooth polished locks.
A sleek finish looks ultra-modern and highlights the beauty of your face
Here's how...
  • Spray Bumble & bumble Styling Lotion throughout.
  • Immediately apply Bb. Sumowax from roots to ends
  • Using a comb sweep hair back off the face and divide into a severe side-parting to set.
