The Bowl-d and the Brave!

Nino Muñoz shoots Sasha Pivovarova for Vogue Korea.
Tao Okamoto at Philip Lim via Daily makeover
Abbey Lee Kershaw for Attelier Versace
Agyness Deyn via heatstorm

We have a love- hate relationship with them but like it or not, the bowl cut is back!
The style is not always that flattering but if you can pull it off- it looks amazing
They can be smooth and precise or more modern with layers and texture
Be dorky in an awesome way!

PS -Bowl cuts suit those with oval, square, or long faces but round face should avoid this look.

Beachy waves

Even if you're miles from the beach, Bumble and bumble Surf Spray gives that windswept, beachy, sexy, tousled texture with plenty of hold and a matte finish.

Here is our step by step guide to creating beachy waves:
  • Prepare damp hair with Bb. Tonic
  • Apply Bumble and Bumble Defining Creme from roots to ends.
  • While diffusing, scrunch & twist sections into buns, pin loosely until dry; then shake out.
If you want even more curl, use a large barreled curling iron to tong random sections of hair.
  • Once dry, tip your head upside-down and spritz Bb. Surf Spray all over for fullness and beachy texture. Tousle and go!

Ombre colour

images via uh huh hair

It's been around a while but the ombre hair trend is still rockin
Ombre is a French term meaning "two toned". It gives your hair the sun kissed summer version of your natural hair color.
Highlights are painted on freehand for hair that is dark at the roots and gradually lightened all the way to the tips.
Depending on your personal style, you can opt for a bold, high contrast dipped ends look or a more subtle and natural blend.
This look is low maintenance and effortlessly chic. If you want to try something new give it go!

Surfer girl

This movie is super-cool so I thought I would share it with you. Enjoy...

Summer lovin!!!

Summer is finally here - hooray! Here's our favourite hairdos this month

Agyness Deyn by Tim Walker for Vogue via Touch Puppet

Love these three gorgeous mid-length shapes.
We're talking lobs (long bobs), blunt lines and long layers. Let your products do the work and experiment with different textures.
